Customer's problem
The customer wants to add or update their nominee.
Quick fix
Open Account → Nominee Details → Edit. Update the name and relationship and confirm with the OTP sent to the registered phone.
Steps — what to do
- Open the Account tab in the app.
- Go to Nominee Details.
- Tap Edit.
- Update the nominee's name, relationship, and any other required details.
- Enter the OTP sent to the registered phone (a 6-digit code) to confirm.
- The nominee is updated on the account once submitted.

Please open Account, then Nominee Details, then tap Edit. Update the name and relationship, confirm with the OTP sent to your registered phone, and it will update once you submit.

Ask the customer to tap Edit themselves and enter the OTP themselves.
⛔ Don't
Never ask the customer for their OTP — it is private.
🔴 Escalate when
The Edit option does not appear under Nominee Details, or submission fails after the customer enters the details. Escalate to L2 — they will check the customer's account permissions and the nominee API status.

Nominee details are collected during investor onboarding. Changes can be made through Account Settings and require OTP verification for consent. The edit flow re-submits the nominee information to the registrar.
