This guide shows every screen a customer can see inside the Perccent app, in plain language, with a picture of the screen. Use it when a customer says "I'm stuck on a screen…" and you need to know exactly what they are looking at and what to tell them to tap.

πŸ’‘ How to use this on a call
  1. Ask the customer to read out the title at the top of their screen, or describe what they see.
  2. Find that screen in one of the six guide pages (see the list below).
  3. The screen card tells you: what the customer sees, what every button does, where each button leads, and the most common confusion on that screen.
  4. Walk them through, button by button. Never ask them to enter card or bank-login details β€” they must do that themselves.

The app has four main tabs

Every customer, once logged in, sees a bar at the bottom of the app with four tabs:

ℹ️ Two parts of the app

Before login the customer is in the sign-in flow (phone, OTP, PIN). After login they are in the main app (the four tabs). A customer who says "I can't see my portfolio" may simply not be logged in yet β€” always confirm which part they are in first.

Screenshot status

Each screen card has a labelled slot (for example SS03). Screenshots are being added to these slots. Until a screenshot is uploaded, the slot shows a placeholder with the screen's ID β€” you can still use the written description to help the customer.

⚠️ Baskets and Goals β€” sunset in progress

The product has decided to discontinue Baskets and Goals as separate investment flows. These pages no longer appear in the screen guide. However, current builds of the app may still surface a Basket Details or Goal Details screen, and customers who started a Basket/Goal earlier may still see existing investments under those names. If a customer asks about Baskets or Goals:

  1. Acknowledge the screen exists in their build.
  2. Tell them new investments should be placed as a regular Lump Sum or SIP on a single fund.
  3. For existing Basket/Goal holdings β€” they continue to behave as the underlying funds; redeem and switch work the same way.

This page will be updated once the flows are fully removed from the app.
